Instructions for the camera-ready

Task organizers are asked to modify the title of the report as:

TASK_NAME @ EVALITA2020: TITLE

Participants are asked to modify the title of the report as:

TEAM_NAME @ TASK_NAME: TITLE

While changing a title is easy, things are tricky with cross-references. It should be sufficient to change the title of your report and the titles of the papers you cited, if any. Feel free to communicate with the organizers/participants, especially if you already exchanged bibliographic references, which may result outdated.

Submission

Please upload one ZIP file containing the camera ready in PDF together with ALL source files (styles, images, etc.) needed to create the PDF file (.docx for Word and .tex and all the other files for LaTeX) on EasyChair: https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=clicit2020 (select the EVALITA 2020 [TASK NAME] Track, or “Task descriptions” for the task organizers).

Ceur requirements and copyright

As usual, the EVALITA reports will be published in the CEUR-WS.org proceedings (http://ceur-ws.org/), where a CC BY 4.00 license is required. CEUR-WS asks to include the following copyright box (footnote on the first page) in each paper:

“Copyright c 2020 for this paper by its authors. Use permitted under Creative Commons License Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).”

In order to comply with CEUR requests for long papers, should consist of at least 25.000 characters overall, i.e. including spaces, references etc. This accounts for about 5 or 6 pages of content with the ACL style. If you are interested in publishing a long paper, please, check carefully that paper length is more than 25.000 Chars. Papers not reaching 25.000 chars will be classified as “short papers” in the Proceedings. Please, note that for papers written in English the abstract in Italian is not required.

In addition to the PDF version of your paper, you need to upload in Easychair all the source files and the scanned signed version (handwritten original signature) of the CEUR-WS copyright form. Due to current circumstances, CEUR temporarily accepts a photo of the form filled on the computer with a hand-signed statement below, (see example: http://ceur-ws.org/agreement-paper1.jpg).

The copyright form can be downloaded here: http://ceur-ws.org/ceur-author-agreement-ccby-tp.pdf?ver=2020-03-02
