Deadlines

Requirements for papers by Participants and Task Organizers

  • Language: papers must be written in English
  • Format: papers must be formatted according to the "LNCS Proceedings and Other Multiauthor Volumes" style, either using Word or Latex
  • Max. length: 12 pages for task organizers and 10 pages for participants

Paper Submission

Only EVALITA 2011 participants and organizers can submit a paper for this publication.
Papers should be submitted using the Online Conference System for LNCS activated to the following address: http://senldogo0039.springer-sbm.com/EVALITA2011/

Copyright Form

Each contribution must be accompanied by a Springer copyright form, a so-called 'Consent to Publish' form. Modified forms are not acceptable.
One author may sign on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper. In this case, the author signs for and accepts responsibility for releasing the material on behalf of any and all co-authors.
A prefilled copyright form will be made available soon on this page: the form must be filled in, printed, scanned and sent by email to ocs_evalita[AT]celct.it .

WORKING NOTES

Requirements for Technical Reports by Participants and Task Organizers

Participants should write one report for each EVALITA 2011 task they participated in, including at least the following sections:
- description of the system
- results
- discussion
- references

Task organizers are invited to include in their reports the following sections:
- motivation
- definition of the task
- dataset
- evaluation measures
- participation-results
- discussion
- references

Submission of Technical Reports

Technical reports (both Word documents or Latex source files and PDF files) have to be sent both to ocs_EVALITA[AT]celct.it and to one of the task organizers, i.e.:

Submission Deadline: 24th November 2011 postponed to December 4th 2011

We invite authors to submit their reports at least a few days before the deadline. The organizers will check for the correctness of the format, the exactness of results and ranking, and overall exposition.
In the event of problems, authors will be contacted within a couple of days after their submission and asked to make corrections.
